The idea for a family necklace came to me when my best friend asked me to design a necklace that would symbolize her family for her. I suggested that I choose the birthstones of each family member for her, set them in matching gold pendants, and assemble them together on a single necklace.
She loved the idea and gave me free rein, and that’s how the very first family necklace I ever designed came to be.
Since then, I’ve had the privilege of designing many different family necklaces, each unique and special in its own way. Because everyone’s family composition is different, I’ve never designed an identical necklace!
The birthstones are precious stones and are very beautiful, which makes it easy to combine them, and the result is always stunning. Each stone is a different color and cut (unless the client requests stones identical in shape), and each one is carefully selected from hundreds of stones.
The necklace makes a perfect gift for any occasion, from a birth gift, an anniversary present, to gifts for beloved grandmothers.
Clients always share how many compliments they receive for the necklace, and how they enjoy explaining the symbolism of the necklace.
Additionally, each stone is attributed with different spiritual virtues, so they also serve as a spiritual source of abundance, health, joy, and more.
